Ingredients

  • Olive Oil Or Cooking Oil
  • Onion Slices
  • Peas (Matar)
  • Tomatoes Slices
  • Green Chilies
  • Potatoes Cubes
  • Taste To Salt
  • Red Chili Powder
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Green Coriander Leaves

Instructions

  • Add Olive oil in the pan and heat it
  • When oil comes to hot then add onion slice and Cook until then its change the color
  • Add one cup of water and boil it
  • Then add peas (Matar) and cover it
  • Cook for 5 minutes on the medium flame
  • After 5 minutes, add chopped tomatoes and cover it
  • Mix the tomatoes and slowly mash it
  • Add potatoes (cutting in the shape of the cubes)
  • Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and cumin seeds
  • Add half cup of water and cover it
  • Cook for 15 minutes on the low flame of the stove
  • After 15 minutes, mix it and cook until then the oil comes separately
  • In the end, add green coriander leaves and dish out delicious recipes into the bowl
  • Serves with roti, naan, chapattis, and grains of rice
