Ingredients

  • Penne Pasta
  • Carrot
  • Capsicum
  • Cabbage
  • Raw Milk
  • Butter
  • Red Chili Flakes
  • Black Pepper Powder
  • Taste to Salt
  • All-purpose flour (Maida)
  • Cooking Oil or Olive Oil
  • Chopped Garlic
  • Chopped Green Chilies

Instructions

  • Firstly, take water and boil it
  • In water add tbsp of oil and some salt to taste
  • When water comes to boil then add penne pasta
  • Cook pasta only 75% and strain it & set aside
  • Take a pot to add butter and heat it
  • Add chopped garlic & chopped green chilies
  • Saute it
  • Add vegetables like carrot, cabbage and capsicum & fry for 2 minutes only
  • After fry veggies and set aside it
  • Now, prepare the white sauce
  • Take a pot and add half tbsp of cooking oil
  • Add milk and maida at the same time and whisk it
  • Add some salt to taste and red chili flakes & mix well
  • White sauce is ready
  • Take another pot and add white sauce, mix fry veggies and boil pasta and mix together
  • Dish out the delicious penne pasta in a plate and sprinkle with black pepper
  • Enjoy with your family
