Ingredients

  • Butter or Olive Oil
  • Bread Slices
  • Cheese slice
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped Tomato
  • Chopped green chilies
  • Coriander leaves
  • Taste to Salt
  • Crushed Black Pepper
  • Red Chili Flakes
  • Eggs

Instructions

  • Take a large mixing bowl & add all veggies and two eggs
  • Whisk it
  • Add some salt to taste, pinch of red chili flake, and pinch of crushed black pepper
  • Again whisk it
  • Take a frying pan, add half tbsp of butter or olive oil
  • Fry this eggs both sides
  • Dish out the veggies egg omelet and set aside
  • Take bread slices & spread omelet then cheese slice and cover another bread slice
