Firstly, You can prepare the dough:
Take the ingredients of dough in the bowl
Add slowly warm water and the soft dough
Spread some drops of oil on the dough and cover with a soft cloth and set aside
Now, we make a delicious chicken masala:
Take a pot and add some tbsp of cooking oil & heat it
Add chicken breast in this oil and cook for minutes
Add red chili flakes, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, mustard paste, coriander powder, tandoori masala powder, tomato ketchup, chili sauce, soya sauce, and white vinegar
Mix all spices very well
Add a half cup of water and cook for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes, mix well and add veggies like capsicum, mushrooms, and cabbage
Mix together
Cover and cook for 5 minutes again
After 5 minutes, separate oil from the chicken and set aside it
Now, take the dough and make two chapattis
In one chapatti add chicken and spread mozzarella cheese and cover with the second chapatti
Heat the Tawa and spread one tbsp of ghee in it
Then cook this paratha in this Tawa from both sides of paratha with spread the ghee
Serve with green chutney and ketchup
