Preparation For Dough:
Two cups of white wheat flour, half tbsp of salt, two tbsp of Ghee or cooking oil, and a half cup of milk.
Pour into the large mixing bowl
Add slowly water and knead it
Make a smooth dough and cover with a wet cloth & set aside
Preparation For Keema:
Take a large pot & add cooking oil
When oil comes to heat then add one medium size of chopped onions and fry it
Onion comes to golden brown color then add cinnamon stick, bay leaves, black pepper, cloves, small cardamom, large cardamon, and ginger garlic paste
Saute to one minute only
Add beef mince and cook well
Add taste to salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds powder, and mix everything
Then add two cups of water and bring to boil it
Cover and cook for 30 minutes on the medium flame of the stove
After 30 minutes, add peas and cook again for 10 minutes only
Then all ingredients get tender
In the end, add green chilies. green coriander, and garam masala powder
Cook for 5 minutes on the low flame of the stove
Make two roti from wheat flour dough
Fill one roti from keema and spread one tbsp of mayonnaise and cover with another roti
Heat the tawa and spread with ghee or cooking oil
Cook the paratha both sides
Servs with ketchup or green chutney
