Ingredients

  • Cooking Oil Or Olive Oil
  • Beef Mince
  • Peas
  • Cumin seed
  • Bay leaves
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Small cardamon
  • Large Cardamon
  • Cloves
  • Black Peppers
  • Chopped onions
  • Chopped Tomato
  • Green Chilies
  • Green Coriander leaves
  • Taste to Salt
  • Red Chili Powder
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Garam masala powder
  • Cumin Seed Powder
  • Lemon Juice
  • White wheat flour
  • Raw milk
  • Garlic & Ginger Paste

Instructions

  • Preparation For Dough:
  • Two cups of white wheat flour, half tbsp of salt, two tbsp of Ghee or cooking oil, and a half cup of milk.
  • Pour into the large mixing bowl
  • Add slowly water and knead it
  • Make a smooth dough and cover with a wet cloth & set aside
  • Preparation For Keema:
  • Take a large pot & add cooking oil
  • When oil comes to heat then add one medium size of chopped onions and fry it
  • Onion comes to golden brown color then add cinnamon stick, bay leaves, black pepper, cloves, small cardamom, large cardamon, and ginger garlic paste
  • Saute to one minute only
  • Add beef mince and cook well
  • Add taste to salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds powder, and mix everything
  • Then add two cups of water and bring to boil it
  • Cover and cook for 30 minutes on the medium flame of the stove
  • After 30 minutes, add peas and cook again for 10 minutes only
  • Then all ingredients get tender
  • In the end, add green chilies. green coriander, and garam masala powder
  • Cook for 5 minutes on the low flame of the stove
  • Make two roti from wheat flour dough
  • Fill one roti from keema and spread one tbsp of mayonnaise and cover with another roti
  • Heat the tawa and spread with ghee or cooking oil
  • Cook the paratha both sides
  • Servs with ketchup or green chutney
