Add one cup of cooking oil to the pot and heat it
Add bay leaves, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon stick, large cardamom, small cardamom, and cumin seeds
Add two tbsp of ginger & garlic paste to it
Cook to three minutes
Then add chopped onion and cook it
Add salt, cumin seeds powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala powder, and mix well
Add tomato pureed and mix it
Cover & cook for 5 minutes
After 5 minutes, add boiled chickpeas to it
Mix well
Add two large green chilies to it

Bring to boil it
Cover ad cook for 10 minutes on the medium flame

mix well and your channa masala gravy is ready to eat
