Ingredients

  • 1 medium Chopped Onions
  • ½ kg White Channa (Chickpeas
  • 3 medium Tomato Pureed
  • 3 Bay Leaves
  • 1 Large Cardamom
  • 2 Small Cardamom
  • 5 to 7 Cloves
  • 8 to 10 Black Peppers
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • ½ tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Coriander Powder
  • 1 tbsp Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder
  • 1 & ½ tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • ½ tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chaat Masala Powder
  • 1 tbsp Kasuri Methi
  • ½ tbsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • Green Coriander leaves
  • 1 cup Cooking Oil

Instructions

  • Add one cup of cooking oil to the pot and heat it
  • Add bay leaves, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon stick, large cardamom, small cardamom, and cumin seeds
  • Add two tbsp of ginger & garlic paste to it
  • Cook to three minutes
  • Then add chopped onion and cook it
  • Add salt, cumin seeds powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala powder, and mix well
  • Add tomato pureed and mix it
  • Cover & cook for 5 minutes
  • After 5 minutes, add boiled chickpeas to it
  • Mix well
  • Add two large green chilies to it
  • add two cups of boiled chickpeas water init
  • Bring to boil it
  • Cover ad cook for 10 minutes on the medium flame
  • After 10 minutes, add Kasuri methi and gram masala powder and coriander lease int
  • mix well and your channa masala gravy is ready to eat
