Ingredients

  • 2 medium Raw Mango (Keri)
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Seeds (Kaloji)

Instructions

  • Take a large pot and add two glasses of water
  • Peel the Keri and remove the seeds
  • Add Raw mango in the hot water & add salt, red chili powder
  • Cook for 20 minuter
  • After 20 minutes, mash the Keri and add one tbsp of onion seeds
  • Mix well
  • Delicious Keri ki chutney is ready
