2medium Boiled Potatoes
1medium Chopped Onion
3 to 5 Chopped Green Chilies
½cupGreen Coriander Leaves
5tbsp Lemon Juice
½tbsp Salt
½tbsp Red Chili Powder
½tbsp Red Chili Flakes
½tbsp Roasted Crushed Coriander
1tbsp Chaat Masala Powder

2cup Refined Flour (Maida)
½tbsp Ajwain (carom seeds)
½tbsp Salt
2tbsp Cooking Oil
2 tbsp Wheat Flour
Warm Water (as a required)

Let's make the dough of samosa:
Take a large mixing bowl & add all ingredients of the dough
Mix well and then add water gradually
