Ingredients

  • ½ cup Cooking Oil
  • ½ kg Chicken Boneless
  • 2 tbsp Curd (Yogurt)
  • ½ tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Flakes
  • ½ tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • ½ tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 4 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Tikka Powder
  • Onion Slices
  • Bell Pepper Slices
  • Tomato Slices

Instructions

  • Take a large mixing bowl, add spices in this bowl & curd in it
  • Cut chicken in small cubes shape
  • Put the chicken in the spices bowl and mix well
  • Leave it for 2 hours
  • After 2 hours, take a stick and put the marinated chicken with the slices of vegetables
  • Make four to five sticks like this picture

  • Cook chicken kebab for 15 minutes from all sides
