Olive oil or Refined oil
Salt
Red Chili Powder
Fish Masala
Lemon Juice
Instructions
Take the fishes and clean with fresh water and then spread the salt in all fishes and Put the fish in the fridge for 5 minutes
After five minutes, Take a large pan, add five tbsp of olive oil and pour the fishes in this oil
Fry one side of fish then turn it and again fry another side of fish
Spread Red chili powder in the fish. Dish out fried fish in the plate and sprinkle the fish masala on that fish
Fried fish is ready to eat. Serve with green chutney and raita
