  • Chopped Onion

  • Garlic

  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Half Kg of Mutton
  • Salt
  • Red Chili Powder
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Curry Powder
  • Green Chilies
  • Green Coriander
  • Gram Masala Powder

Instructions

  • Take a large frying pan, add three tbsp of Olive oil pr Refined oil and heat on the high flame of the stove

  • Add two medium size of chopped onion and cook it until then it changes the color

  • After the fried onion, add mutton meat and cook it on high flame

  • Add black pepper and three to two Bay leaves

  • Add Ginger paste and Garlic into the mutton curry

  • Add three cups of warm water and cook for 35 minutes

  • Add all spicy like salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, and curry powder
