Take a large frying pan, add three tbsp of Olive oil pr Refined oil and heat on the high flame of the stove
Add two medium size of chopped onion and cook it until then it changes the color
After the fried onion, add mutton meat and cook it on high flame
Add black pepper and three to two Bay leaves
Add Ginger paste and Garlic into the mutton curry
Add three cups of warm water and cook for 35 minutes
After 35 minutes, water will be completely dry
Add all spicy like salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, and curry powder
Add all spicy in this curry
Mix all spicy, add yogurt and 4 to 5 green chilies
Mix it and cook for five minutes on a low flame of the stove
