Ingredients
- Lauki
- Olive Oil
- Chopped Tomato
- Garlic Paste
- Cumin Seeds
- Green Chilies
- Green Coriander leaves
- Salt
- Red chili powder
- Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- Take a pan, add olive oil or refined oil and cumin seeds and cook only one minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes in a pan and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add salt, red chili powder and turmeric powder in a pan.
- Another pan, add water when water becomes boiled add (bottle gourd) in this water. Cook bottle gourd for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, the bottle gourd adds in the mixture of tomato sauce.
- Cook for 10 minutes until then bottle gourd water absorbs its water.
- Add green chilies and green coriander leaves and cook more 4 to 5 minutes and dish out in your favorite plates.
