  • Channa Dal ( 7 tbsp)
  • Urad Dal \ Mash Dal ( 3 tbsp)
  • Desiccated Coconut (5 tbsp)
  • Black Peppercorn ( 10 )
  • Dry Red Chili ( 25 )
  • Coriander Seeds ( 3 tbsp)
  • Curry Leaves ( use handful)
  • Asafoetida (1/2 tsp)
  • Fenugreek ( 1/4 tsp)
  • Cumin Seeds ( 2 tbsp)
  • Turmeric Powder ( 1/2 tsp)

Instructions

  1. Heat a heavy bottom pan.
  2. Dry roast all the ingredients separately and ensure it does not burn.
  3. Allow it to cool.
  4. Once it is at room temperature grind all the ingredients to get a fine powder.
  5.  Store it in an airtight container.
  6. When you make dry sabzi then you can add 2 to 3 tbsp of this masala and enjoy your recipe with delicious flavor.
