I am using a very simple method to make it. In this recipe, I am using daily uses of spices and vegetables like tomatoes, ginger garlic, green chillies, and add some spices for tasty favour. Red chilli powder and red chilli flakes are skipped in this recipe.

Peshawari Charsi Chicken Karahi Pakistani Food Recipe (With Video)
Ingredients
- 500 grams Chicken
- 3 tbsp Cooking Oil or Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
- 3 tbsp Green Chillies Paste
- ½ tbsp Salt
- 6 to 8 Peel Tomatoes
- ½ tbsp Crushed Coriander Seeds
- ½ tbsp Crushed Cumin Seeds
- ½ tbsp Crushed Black Peppers
- ⅓ tbsp Black Pepper Powder
- ¼ tbsp Garam Masala Powder
- Slices green chillies
- Slices ginger
Instructions
- Add cooking oil in the pan and heat it
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds
- Add chicken and cook until then it comes to white
- After the add green chillies paste and salt and cook for a few seconds
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes on the medium heat
- Add peel tomatoes and cover & cook for 5 minutes again
- After 5 minutes, mash the tomatoes
- Add crushed coriander seeds and crushed cumin seeds then mix well
- After this add Crushed black pepper, black pepper powder, and garam masala powder in it
- Mix well and cook for few minutes
- In the end, garnished with ginger and green chillies slices and serve with roti and naan
