- Olive oil
- Chopped Onion
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Red Chili Powder
- Turmeric Powder
- Green Chilies
- Black Pepper Powder
- Green Coriander
- Cumin Seeds
- Take a frying pan, Add cumin seed and cook on the high flame of the stove
- Add one medium size of chopped onion and cook it
- After onion will changes the color, add two medium sizes of chopped tomatoes and cook it
- Add all spicy like salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and green chilies
- mash tomatoes and mix all spices
- Add two eggs and cook it
- Mix well and saute all ingredients
