  • Chicken Mince
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Ginger Cube
  • Chopped Onions
  • Green Chilies
  • Green Coriander Leaves

  • Chicken Cube
  • Cumin Seed Powder
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Red Chili Powder
  • Taste to Salt

  • Ingredients Of Curry:
  • Onion Paste
  • Tomatoes Pastes
  • Taste to Salt
  • Curry Powder
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Red Chili Powder

  • Potatoes
  • Garam Masala Powder

  • Green Chilies


  • Preparation For Kofta:
  • Take a blender and add kofta ingredients except for chicken mince
  • Blend it
  • Batter convert into the chicken mince and mix well
  • Make balls from this batter
  • Fry all kofta on the medium flame
  • Preparation For Curry:
  • Take a pan and olive oil and heat it
  • Add one cup of onion paste and cook it
  • Add one cup of tomatoes paste and mix it
  • Add spices like salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and curry powder and mix well
  • Add one cup of water, cover, and cook for 5 minutes
  • Add Potatoes cubes and kofta
  • Now, add two cups of water and boiled it
  • Now, turn the flame on the medium heat
  • Cover and cook for 15 minutes
  • In the end, green chilies and green coriander and mix it
  • Sprinkle the garam masala powder and turn off the flame
  • Dish out the delicious chicken kofta on the plate and serve with naan
  • Enjoy with your family with a delicious recipe
