Ingredients

  • Olive Oil Or Cooking Oil
  • Garlic Paste
  • Tomatoes
  • Taste to Salt
  • Red Chili Powder
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Boiled Turnip (Shalgam)
  • Boiled Peas (Matar)
  • Green Coriander Leaves
  • Green Chilies

Instructions

  • Take a large pan, add olive oil or cooking oil and heat on the high flame of the stove
  • Add garlic paste and cook it until then its change the color
  • Then add chopped tomatoes
  • Add some spices like Salt, Red chili powder, and Turmeric powder and mix it
  • Cover and cook for 5 minutes
  • Then mash the tomatoes
  • Add boiled turnip (Shalgam) and mash it and then add cumin seeds
  • Cover and cook again for 5 minutes
  • Add boiled peas (Matar) and mix it
  • In the end, Add green chilies and green coriander leaves and mix it
  • Cover and cook for 5 minutes on the low flame
  • Dish out the delicious Turnip Bharta with peas and enjoy with naan
