Vegetable Cheese Macaroni Pakistani Food Recipe (With Video)
Ingredients
- 1 cup Olive Oil or Cooking Oil
- 1 cup Chopped Mushroom
- 1 cup Boiled Corns
- 1 cup cabbage slices
- 1 cup Carrot slices
- 1 cup Capsicum slices
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Flakes
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 12 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 2 tbsp White Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
- 1 tbsp Basil Leaves
- 12 tbsp Thyme Leaves
- 1 pack Macaroni/Pasta
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
- 4 tbsp Fresh Cream
- 2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- Green Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- Take a pot and add one liter of water and boil it
- Add one tbsp of salt and one tbsp of olive oil and cook to 2 minutes
- Add one pack of Macaroni or Pasta in it
- Cook for 75% it
- Then strain macaroni from the water
- Set aside the macaroni
- Take another pot and heat it
- Add four tbsp of olive oil
- And add mushrooms, corns, cabbages, carrots, capsicum, and saute the veggies for 2 minutes
- Add all sauces with basil and thyme leaves & mix well
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes
- Then add boiled pasta and green coriander in it
- Add four tbsp of cream and cheese
- Mix well
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes
- Then dish out for your favorite serving bowl
