Here, I am showing how to make this recipe at home. I am showing the step by step instructions. It is very to make and the cooking period is 30 40 minutes only. So let’s start to make it.
Ingredients Required:
- Chopped Onions
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Cumin Seeds
- Chicken with bones
- Taste to Salt
- Red Chili Powder
- Turmeric Powder
- Black Onion Seeds
- Curry Powder
- Chicken Cube
- Potatoes
- Boiled Chickpeas
- Green Chilies
- Green Coriander Leaves
- Garam Masala Powder
- Black Pepper Powder
- Lemon Juice
- Chinese Salt
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Olive Oil or Cooking Oil
- Coriander Powder
- Black Pepper
- Cloves
- Cinnamon Stick
- Small Cardamon
- Large cardamon
- Bay Leaves
Steps Of Cooking:
- Firstly, Boiled chickpeas and Potatoes and set aside
- Take a pan and add olive oil and heat it on the high flame
- Add chopped onions and cook until then its change the color
- Add Chicken and bay leaves, cinnamon stick, small cardamom, large cardamom, black pepper, cloves, and ginger garlic paste and cook it
- When chicken gets to change the color and then add salt, red chili powder, onion seeds, turmeric powder, curry powder, chicken cube, and mix it
- Add one cup of water and cook for 25 minutes to gets chicken tender
- Now, add chopped tomatoes and mix it
- When oil comes separately from the chicken
- Add boiled chickpeas and potatoes
- Add half cup of water
- In the end, add black pepper powder, garam masala powder, cumin seeds, green chilies, and lemon juice and cook for 4 minutes
- Add green coriander leaves and dish out the delicious recipe with your family
