Simple Fried Chicken Pakistani Food Recipe (With Video)
Ingredients
- Olive Oil Or Cooking Oil
- Chicken Pieces
- All-purpose flour (Maida)
- White Vinger
- Soya Sauce
- Chili Sauce
- Taste to Salt
- Red Chili Powder
- Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- Take a large mixing bowl and add vinegar, soya sauce, chili sauce, salt, red chili powder, and black pepper powder & mix it
- Add Chicken pieces into this mixture
- For marinated this chicken for 2 to 3 hours
- After 2 hours, take a plate to add flour, salt, and red chili powder and combine together
- ASSEMBLING THE CHICKEN PIECES:
- First, take a chicken piece, Dip into the flour then dip into the water and again repeat this process. Dip into the flour mixture and then dip into the water
- Repeat this process for 3 times
- Take a large pan and add cooking oil & heated it on the medium flame
- Dip into this Oil and fry for 7 to 10 minutes
