Aloo Gosht Pakistani Food Recipe
- Pressure Cooker
- Olive Oil Or Cooking Oil
- Garlic Cloves
- Ginger Paste
- Green Chilies
- Green Coriander Leaves
- Taste to Salt
- Red Chili Powder
- Turmeric Powder
- Coriander Powder
- Cumin Seeds Powder
- Garam Masala Powder
- Take a pressure cooker and add Beef, onion, tomatoes, garlic cloves, ginger paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, and one glass of water
- Cover and cook for 15 minutes on the medium flame of the stove
- After 15 minutes, convert into the frying pan and one cup of cooking oil and cook again
- Add potatoes and green chilies and cover it
- Cook for 5 minutes to gets potatoes tender
- In the end, add green coriander and garam masala powder
- Cover and cook 5 minutes on the low flame
