- Lemon Juice (2 tbsp)
- Garlic (1 clove), minced
- Fresh Basil (1 tbsp), minced
- Fresh Mints (1 tbsp), minced
- Salt (1/2 tsp)
- Pepper (1/4 tsp)
- English Cucumber (1 medium-size), peeled and grated
Instructions
- Get as much water out of the grated cucumber as possible.
- Wrap in a kitchen towel and squeeze out excess water.
- Add your strained yogurt or your Greek yogurt to a bowl.
