  • Red Chili Powder ( 125 grams)
  • Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (25 grams)
  • Salt ( 1 tablespoon)
  • Turmeric Powder (1/2 tbsp)
  • Citric Acid ( 1 teaspoon)
  • Ginger Powder ( 1/2 tsp)
  • Garlic Powder ( 1/2 tsp)

The Whole Roasted Spicy

  • Whole Coriander seeds ( 25 grams)
  • Cinnamon Stick ( 3 sticks)
  • Fennel Seeds ( 1/2 tbsp)
  • Bay Leaves ( 3 to 4 leaves)
  • Green Cardamom ( 8 pieces)
  • Cloves (  4 to 5 )
  • Cumin Seeds ( 1 & 1/2 tbsp)
  • Nutmeg ( 1/2 piece)
  • Mace ( 1/2 tsp)

Instructions

  1. Heat the pan without using any oil or oil spray
  2. Add all whole spices coriander seeds, black peppercorn, 2 bay leaves, mace, nutmeg, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, 4 green cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon sticks
  3. Dry roast them all together for just a minute over low heat
  4. Remove from the heat and transfer to the grinding jar
  5. Grind them till turn to a fine powder
