Chicken seekh kebab tender dish made with deliciously flavored chicken keema or minced chicken. These Seekh kebabs are can be prepared fast and presented as an amazing appetizer at your party. Here, I am sharing how to make these kababs at home with easy steps and simple ingredients. This recipe is very tasty to eat with green chutney. In Ramadan, my mother makes many kababs for Sehri.

Chicken Seekh Kabab Recipe
- 250 grams Chicken Minced
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1/2 tsp Green Cardamom
- 2 tbsp Bread Crumbs
- 1 tsp Salt (as needed)
- 1 tsp ginger Paste
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 50 grams Butter
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Take a blender and then add chopped onions, green chilies, and coriander leaves. Blend them into a paste. Then add the minced chicken and blend again. Take out the mixture in a bowl.
- Add the spices to the minced chicken paste such as garlic paste, ginger paste, garam masala powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and green cardamom. Give the ingredients a mix. Then add lemon juice, melted butter, and add breadcrumbs. The mixture will have good binding. Now you can make a cylindrical shape and then add the kebabs to the skewer.
- Take a grill pan and glaze some butter on it. Take the skewer and roast the kebabs for 3-5 minutes on each side. Serve hot with coriander chutney.
