Tasty Aloo Keema Pakistani Food Recipe (With Video)
Ingredients
- 1 cup Olive Oil or Cooking Oil
- 2 medium Onion Slices
- 1 cup Tomato Paste
- 5 to 6 chopped Green Chilies
- 4 medium Potatoes Cubes
- Green Coriander Leaves
- 500 grams Beef Mince
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 6 to 8 Garlic Cloves
- ½ tbsp Salt
- ½ tbsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tbsp Cumin Seeds
- ½ tbsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 & ½ tbsp Curry Powder
Instructions
- Take a pan and add olive oil and cook on the high flame
- Now, add onions and garlic clove & ginger paste and cook it until then its change the color
- Add beef mince and cook it until then its change the color
- Add one cup of water and cover & cook for 15 minutes
- After 15 minutes, add tomato pastes and mix it
- Add spices like salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, coriander powder, curry powder, and garam masala powder and mix it
- Add potatoes and one and a half cup water and cover it
- In the end, Add green chilies and green coriander leaves and mix well
- Dish out the recipe and serve with naan and chapattis
